Richard F Simms and Martin R Buttriss of F A Simms & Partners Limited have been appointed as Joint Administrators of Enterprises (S.W.) Limited T/A Furniture Warehouse.

Furniture Warehouse, which ran five West Country outlets selling household furniture, was placed into Administration on Monday 2 July 2007.  The stores in Bodmin, Frome, Penryn, Torquay and Weston-super-Mare have been closed for two weeks and customers are understandably worried about outstanding orders.

 The Joint Administrators are currently reviewing the business with a view to fulfilling customer's orders where possible.  A decision will be taken shortly in this regard.

All affected customers will be contacted directly and the Joint Administrators expect to be able to advise them on the position regarding their orders during the course of the next 7-14 days.  Meanwhile, any customer queries should be directed to the F A Simms Helpline on 01455 555 444.

BODMIN/PENRYN

The Joint Administrators have now completed the sale of the Furniture Warehouse stores in Bodmin & Penryn.  These stores will be re-opening in the next couple of days.

All outstanding orders are due to be completed by these stores wherever possible and customers will be contacted with regards to their orders once the new Company is in a position to give details on their orders.  Customers with any queries in relation to their orders are advised to contact the store direct.

TORQUAY

The Joint Administrators have received an expression of interest with regards to the Torquay store; however these developments are in the very early stages and customers will be advised accordingly if a sale is completed.

WESTON-SUPER-MARE/FROME

Orders placed at the Weston-super-Mare and Frome stores are currently being reviewed by the Joint Administrators and all customers will be advised further in due course, with regard to the possibility of these orders being fulfilled.
